Jun 10, 2019 · This base isn't really MSPaint friendly, since it would leave those white outlines when you use the bucket tool, so I'd recommend using a different free-to-use art software (example: FireAlpaca, Medibang) so you can import the base, make another layer and then put the base on top and use the layer underneath for the colours.
