In order to unlock the correct phasing to see Magria and Ankha, the spirit cats, and Ban'thalos, the spirit owl, in Mount Hyjal, you need to complete the full questline in The Regrowth and unlock the Molten Front.

First time when i was flying to pick quests early in the morning 7-8am server time (Magria was walking near portal to molten front ), second time my friend spotted Ankha approximately at 16-17pm server time, i didnt really want to tame it , but he was persevering and forced me to fly there and tame.
