Also one thing about the magpul grips it doesn't take much to wear the grippiness of the hard plastic smooth and then you end up with a slippery grip.

Aug 1, 2012 · Some people don't seem to like the magpul AFG gear because of the so called chicken wing effect.....I don't any ideas about that since i have not shot more than 2 mags with one on. Personally I think if into with a folding vertical grip that has watertight storage for batteries this may be a more useful option.

Mar 1, 2023 · To my surprise, quite a few of them opted for the old A2 grip. When asked why, the reply was the same - It was what they were familiar with. There have been a number of much better grip choices brought out since the original AR' made its debut. We have companies like Magpul, BCM, Ergo, Tango Down, Reptilia, and a number of others to thank for that.

Feb 19, 2009 · Re: Hard filler that will work on a magpul grip? I JB weld all my MIADs. After I decided that I liked medium backstrap, I JB welded it to reduce movement. The roll pin usually isn't enough to make it feel solid. My two AR-10's have the rear takedown detent spring under the grip. It totally does what you're talking about. So I filled that gap.

Dec 11, 2024 · Glock 19 Gen 3 compatible. Uses a chassis system so you can switch grips which are made by Magpul. Definitely going to pick one up. Especially at that price. Ruger RXM Magpul Grips I was waiting for Magpul to do something like this for Glocks.
