Apr 26, 2011 · I've been trying to dig through information to find out if the OSS (output shaft sensor) on the MT82 is hall effect or reluctor. Looks like from wiring diagrams that the OSS has 3 wires but not sure that tells me it is a hall effect. Here is what some people have helped me dig up for the 3 pins of the sensor: pin 1 is buffered power supply

Dec 30, 2021 · You should have a counter weight there but apparently the pin fell out and yours fell off too. Best bet is call calimer transmissions and order a block off plate.

Jun 2, 2022 · Our 2018 and up Mt82 Shift Weight Delete removes the clunky, heavy counter weight that is on the side of your stock transmission. This will improve smoothness in shifting and prevents the weight from falling off because of accounts of weak roll pins. Unbolt and bolt directly on our shift weight delete. Thanks!

Jul 29, 2020 · The MT82-D4 has a six pin wiring harness coming from a no contact (magnetic) sensor. Simply put, the cars PCM is looking for a lot more information than the Tremec T56 Magnum XL could provide.
