Mar 20, 2021 · I recently switched from Chrome to Edge. I liked Chromes colorful icon because it stands out from mostly bluish icons pinned to taskbar. Now I have hard time to find Edge amongst a lot of small blue icons. 🙂. I would like to have an option to chose different colors of Edge icon in red, orange or other, more vivid colors. Regards

I would recommend you to suggest this feature by sending feedback through the in-built feedback(Alt+Shift+I) feature in Microsoft Edge as the correct Microsoft Edge team will get to know about your suggestion and your suggestion will get a +1

Jun 15, 2020 · It looks like you are having an issue creating desktop shortcuts for Microsoft Edge. You should be able to create a shortcut on the desktop by clicking on the icon next to the URL in the address bar (usually a lock icon) and dragging it onto the desktop. I was able to create a new shortcut on my desktop to this discussion thread.

May 19, 2020 · Is there a way to create a desktop shortcut to Microsoft Edge (new) which will launch a specific set of URL's in tabs? I need to have the regular Edge icon to launch the default page but have a separate shortcut which launches a set of tabs i need for work instead of always manually going to these url's every morning.
