It really could be either, drives me nuts when someone uses a shooter MOA turret also sometimes referred to as IPHY, but has there solver or working dope cards set to MOA. Thats a real issue with the two MOA systems on many scopes today.

We cannot hold the difference, we are talking 1/4 MOA or 1/10th Mils, the difference is minimum, but since errors accumulate 5% is worse than .11"
