Also, I'd recommend getting your own Vag-com if you are going to be doing modifications like this and would not expect a dealership to touch it due to liability reasons.

Jun 5, 2010 · Yeah, to swap in a VR6, AFTER the swap, you'll still have to spend a LOT of $$$$ to make it faster than a GTI. And that's assuming you're going big baller and doing the 3.2 swap.
