Mikhail Vladimirovich Vorobyov (Russian: Михаил Владимирович Воробьёв; April 7, 1962 – July 1, 2002), known professionally as Mikhail Krug (aka Michael the Circle) (Russian: Михаил Круг), was a Russian singer.

Mark M. Krug (1915-2004) was a professor of history and education at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Education. He was active in the wider Chicago community as an educator, author, social critic, and spokesman for Israel.

Krug was a former history professor at the University of Chicago who specialized in the U.S. Civil War and Jewish history. A Zionist, he left his homeland at age twenty to move to Palestine. After graduating from a university in Jerusalem, he immigrated to the United States.
