I would still read the official chapters as the translation quality is 1000x better than scans version. Sep 15, 2009 · I personally grade quality based off the scan itself. For example, a low quality scan will still be low quality even if you redraw and clear out the noise, and as such, a high quality scan (Meaning tankobon-like.) will still be high quality even if you don't redraw.

Jan 4, 2023 · It may seem unreasonable to have high quality manga online, but things like Webtoons exist which as far as I know have pretty good quality (I used it very little though). I only use Amazon/Kindle, but in my experience it varies wildly by series. I’ve read some series with really great image and text quality.
