Log in to Online Self-Service with your student ID number as your USER ID and your PIN (Personal Identification Number). Can't log in? Bring your photo ID to any Student Enrolment Services office, and we'll try to help.

Any currently enrolled student can access myKPU at myKPU.ca on desktop or mobile, or via the myKPU App available on the Apple Store and Google Play for mobile devices. Your feedback will let you directly influence the development and final version of myKPU.

Your USER ID is your 9-digit Kwantlen student or employee ID number. Your PIN is 6 – 10 numeric or alpha-numeric characters (it must contain at least one number). If this is your first time logging in, your PIN is your birthdate in the format DDMMYY. If you cannot remember your PIN, enter your USER ID and click the Forgot PIN? button.

Nov 27, 2023 · We recommend that you log into the Service Portal before browsing the Knowledge Base or Service Catalog. Logging in allows you to save and view your favorite services and prevents you from having to log in later if you decide to submit a ticket.
