At this point, the highest you truly should need to go is the maximum level of a tier 1 weapon, which will be either level 21 or 26, depending on the weapon. Frankly, you don't truly need this to progress , but if you really want to upgrade at this point, this is the best method.

Sacrifices drop Perfumes as their NORMAL drop, which sells for 12,500 gil. Their rare drop are Scarletites, which are catalyst components used to take weapons and accessories to their next major level. Scarletites cost 100,000 gil to purchase, so spending some time farming them here can save you a LOT of money down the road, and time as well.

Crystarium lvl is the max level you can get your role levels to. If Crystarium is capped at lvl 5, then you can only get all your roles to lvl 5. Crystarium lvl 10 is absolute maximum in this game. You can only level up crystarium by getting to certain point in the game and defeating certain bosses.

Yep, you'll get level 10 when you finish the game. Probably you will end up with 999k CP especially if you take your time to finish the game. Don't worry about the overflow, 999k CP can be obtained quite easily in the post-game.
