Feb 17, 2025 · In a 275/70/18 the Nitto Ridge Grapplers (my first choice) weigh 21 lbs more each than the Michelin LTX Trails. I'm guessing that will have a significant impact on the hybrid LC250's performance. I could shed a few MPGs, but don't want the truck to feel sluggish.

Dec 26, 2024 · So far my experience with the LC has been a positive one, as I am using it as my daily driver, splitting time with my 1794 LE Tundra. 1) Looks. I think Toyota nailed the look of the LC 250. 2) paint quality. I handwash my vehicles when weather permits and I am very impressed with the paint quality and I think it looks great in trail dust.

Jan 1, 2025 · I am considering replacing the current OEM intake. Its really bad on hot weather conditions. And want to know from the peers which brand is suggested and why. 1. K&N (Cold Air Intake System - High-flow Air Filter, Roto-mold Tube - TOYOTA TACOMA L4-2.4L TURBO F/L. 2. AFE - Momentum GT Air Intake System. I can't speak to either.

Mar 5, 2024 · The LC250 is extremely polarizing here on the forum. For the typical use case of a grand majority of land cruisers it will be a great vehicle. There are of course some odd design choices here and there but I believe it’ll hit Toyotas design target of the weekend warrior.

We need to get the website listing updated still, but that's a "complete" product just standing by to let it get some runtime before we call it "vetted". You can see it in Ben's build at expo PNW right now. Personally, I'm excited to see what people do with the built in 2400W AC outlet.

Looking forward to learn and be inspired by all you LC enthusiasts. Congratulations on your new LC 250! That "1958" trim sounds like a great choice for adventure family outings.

The LC250 is priced right (at MSRP) and Toyota will sell a lot more of them. But it is no longer the pinnacle of what Toyota can make. That is still the LC300 and we don't get it in full off-road LC trim.

Aug 4, 2024 · JBL “premium” sound is slightly better than average BUT it seems they put their sound focus very close to the windshield. My guess is to hide wind noise. 6 of 14 speakers are in front of the steering wheel. Good… 1. Interior design and overall layout. 2. Retro Exterior design. 3. Powertrain is smooth. It’s not fast but gets the job done.
