Feb 9, 2008 · Kubota B3030HSDC Kubota L2501HST Thanks for the explanation-we are bypassing the OPC and sending the start trigger current to the starter solenoid. I would assume that the OPC will still shutdown the engine if a safety switch is activated?

May 31, 2012 · I had disabled the seat switch and that seemed to fix the problem. But just now the tractor cut off while mowing when my weight shifted in the seat and it won’t start. Normally, the switch makes a click when you first turn it, if the OPC is engaged. Now it doesn’t click first, even though i have taken the seat switch out of the circuit.

L3130 OPC Timer Relay - TractorByNet
Dec 13, 2007 · Could you please provide the part number of the part you changed. I ask because after looking at the WSM, your model tractor seems to be much more computer controlled than say the L3010 where the relay for the engine stop solenoid has a timer function and I am wondering on your L3130 if the relay is just a simple one and the timing function if being done by the 8 bit CPU in the intelli Panel

Jan 2, 2005 · Seat switch has the plunger pushed in and taped. (Broke off from seat base.) Looked at the pedal switch. Seems like plunger is "in" when in the neutral position of the pedal. Moving pedal either direction allows the plunger to move out. Dealer suggested checking the 5amp fuse. Blown. He also suggested the HST or pedal switch may be going bad.

Dec 21, 2017 · Still no luck with this issue. Seat switch neutral switch and PTO switch all pass the tests in WSM. Still starts and runs an intermittent amount of time and eventually fuel solenoid shuts it down. Got into dash, need to remove panel so I can get to relay and opc timer switch.
Kubota B3000 OPC fuse blowing - TractorByNet
Oct 8, 2009 · I have made the tractor stall from engine overload and the fuse does not blow. It is only abrupt stops or bumping. I even tried bypassing the HST switch, the seat switch and it still blows the fuse. Wondering if it could be one of the PTO switches, relay or the opc controller. I have wiggled every wire on the tractor, from the fuse box to the back.
