Yet somehow, the KS7 hit the market with, and continues to have, the same issues the KSG had almost 10 yrs prior.

Feb 27, 2019 · It's a permanent design "flaw" and hence I opted to go with KS7 in a first place. It does fit the bill now better than anything available on the market today. Everybody's mileage is subject to variation and opinions are like a-holes, but I'd safely argue that KS7 with minis is, at least at the time, the best combination in all accounts.

May 22, 2023 · There is a made for KS7 RMR footprint mount for handle but RMR is a full size pistol "RD" and probably places window exactly where 1913 mounted "RD" window is. It is important for me to preserve "HAT" view under "RD" in case "RD" fails or falls off or whatever.

Nov 16, 2020 · Attaching a forward grip is a problem because the KS7 has no lower rail and putting holes for a mount will run into problems of stress pulling bolts out of the two-piece plastic unless the bolting is done through the sides of the forend away from the joint. This is compounded by the rounding of the forend both front to back and side to side.

Sep 17, 2020 · Just shoot enough to verify that your individual KS7 will handle them reliably. I have damaged shoulders and can't handle heavy recoil so I buy Federal 2 3/4 inch Power Shok low recoil 00 buck. It gives much less felt recoil then standard buckshot.

Nov 28, 2019 · This makes the mag tube of the KS7 a little closer to the barrel than the mag tubes on the KSG. Any KS7 accessory will have a smaller diameter at th muzzle threads than the same KSG accessory. While the choke adapter will fit the KSG clearing the mag tubes, the adapter will/may hit the mag tube and cap of the KS7 preventing installation.

Dec 29, 2021 · My KS7"B" would address:-Slings-Red Dots/Scopes-Bonus pump strap adaptation I'd light to employ.-QD slot lower and as clear the pump action as possible - Handle grip is lowered to afford a proper 1913 rail mounting spot for RD/Scope lovers. The handle would have to be widen there to allow normal rails, or KT can make one that fits.

Coming here and asking if the KS7 is worked out is like asking folks coming out of a Madonna concert if she started on time. This is the place where folks come to find solutions to the problems. All the others are happy and don't bother.
