KPHI develops, owns and manages housing for low-income individuals and families, senior citizens, and supportive housing for special needs adults on the Kenai Peninsula. Through quality housing and effectively administered programs, KPHI and its partners offer tenants a solid foundation on which to improve overall quality of life.

Creating high quality, affordable housing through new construction, rehabilitation of existing homes and collaborating with community organizations to help meet community housing needs is the cornerstone of KPHI’s business operations.

Mar 9, 2021 · For the last 17 years, KPHI has been providing low-income, senior and special needs housing to residents of the Kenai Peninsula. KPHI also just completed Phase II of Crane Hill, a low-income housing project in Homer.
