Ball valves, one of KITZ’s main products, offer a lineup of valves compatible with a variety of materials. We also produce metal seats that support special lines and can handle operating temperatures up to 500°C, as well as Λ (lambda) port valves that can be closed and controlled to accommodate slurry fluids.

Kitz’s proprietary S-shaped valve disc with a spherical surface is uniformly in close contact with the rubber liner, providing excellent sealing performance while reducing operating torque. A thorough 360° shut-off mechanism helps extend the service life of the rubber liner.

KITZ supplies valves used in equipment for water supply systems and equipment for treating water and wastewater. KITZ also manufactures products used in equipment for supplying water to buildings and homes.

KITZ 150/300 SCTDZ/UTDZ(M) and 150/300 SCTAZ/UTAZ(M) Series ball valves offer self-relieving of excessive cavity pressure as a standard feature engineered in HYPATITE® PTFE ball seats. Other general solutions for floating ball valves include employment of automatic pressure relief valves or drilling pressure equalization holes on the ball.

KITZ proudly introduces B/F Series pneumatic actuators which are readily mountable on all KITZ ball and butterfly valves. Ball and Butterfly valves constructed similarly to KITZ valves may also be satisfactorily operated with KITZ pneumatic actuators.
