In art, Khonsu is typically depicted as a mummy with the symbol of childhood, a sidelock of hair, as well as the menat necklace with crook and flail. He has close links to other divine children such as Horus and Shu.

Khonshu Concept for Marvel Studio's Moon Knight. This was pretty much the final Concept. I did a couple of minor changes after this before he went off. Great fun working on this show. Creatures Inc Ltd.

Here I explored the idea of strength and power through opulence-an Ancient God who harnessed and channeled the divine power of moonlight. Studying the elaborate clothing and jewelry of pharoahs and kings I was inspired by the luxurious textiles, ceremonial cloaks and shendyts and gold battle armor.

Khonshu is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in Moon Knight #1 (November 1980), was created by Doug Moench and Bill Sienkiewicz , and is based on the Egyptian lunar god Khonsu .
