Kenjaku (羂 けん 索 じゃく Kenjaku?) is one of the primary antagonists of the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He was an ancient curse user who existed for over a thousand years using his innate technique, which allowed him to transplant his brain into other bodies and control them.

Takaba and Kenjaku, now dressed as doctors, are transferred to the hospital to treat the fish, which is now far larger than it was a moment ago. Kenjaku uses the defibrillator to revive it but shocks Takaba instead.
