Bryan Kelly Holcomb (born July 9, 1973) is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders. Holcomb was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent after the 1995 NFL draft.

Holcomb, a 2008 Blue Raider Hall of Fame inductee, played with the Browns until 2004 before finishing his career with Buffalo (2005-06), Philadelphia (2007), and Minnesota (2007). Holcomb ended his 13-year NFL career with his official retirement announcement on July 7, 2008.

Recruited by Coach Boots Donnelly in 1991 from Lincoln County High School, Kelly Holcomb was to become one of Middle Tennessee's all-time great quarterbacks. He was a four-year starter for the Blue Raiders, leading them to the Ohio Valley Conference Championship in 1992.
