So the entire input for the WGF is: FNDF 2. To do the Electric Version of the WGF (also called EWGF) you need to press Down Forward and 2 on the same frame.

From Tekken 2 onwards, Kazuya's version also has an optional input of f, N, d/f+2 which is one frame faster than a regular WGF, with Reina also gaining access to it in Tekken 8 via her Wind Step.
