[KAUAI] UPDATED 8/3/24 – Kōkeʻe State Park: Water to Pu’u Ka Pele has been RESTORED. The road to Koke’e and Waimea has been REOPENED. The gate to Puʻu O Kila Lookout will be closed to vehicular traffic due to road repairs beginning 3/19/24.

9/14/20 – The DLNR Division of State Parks (DSP) is preparing for the reopening of Polihale State Park on Kaua‘i, although no firm date has yet been set. Due to overuse and abuse, the popular beach and camping area was shut down.
