Given how all of the saiyans we've seen in U6 are now capable of transforming, and given the low power levels of the U7 saiyans Cabba and co could probably keep them under control and "domesticate" them. They could throw Shallot as one of the saiyans revived, and use it as a way to write him in and out of the Dragon Ball canon.
