K.V.S. was a small manufacturing company based in Lyon-Chassieu, France, which manufactured a range of microcars. KVS, previously 'Les Equipements Electriques K.V.' had their origins within 'SA Fabrique Lyonnaise de Motocyclettes New-Map et Motosacoche ', producers of the New-Map motorcycle range and originators of the Rolux and Solyto microcars.

The KV Mini 1 is a microcar produced in France between 1970 and 1984. The Mini 1 was fitted with a 125cc engine that was mounted at the rear of the car, access was via the rear hood. The cars had a top speed of 43 mph.

KV built its own motors (unusual in itself), which drove the rear wheels by means of rubber rollers pressing on the tires. Transmission was automatic, and the company was one of the only ones in France to use steel bodies for this class of vehicle.

Das Unternehmen stellte Kleinstwagen her, die auch KV Mini genannt wurden. Im Angebot standen Limousine und Cabriolet, deren Karosserien im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen französischen Kleinstwagen aus Metall und nicht aus Kunststoff bestanden. Für den Antrieb sorgten selbst produzierte Motoren.
