Feb 3, 2023 · Weak confirms, dead moves, he's slow, he's big, and on top of all that, he has no options for mix ups outisde universal stuff. Yeah, that pretty much explains why he's so low on the list. I AM NOT SAYING HE'S TRASH, I'm just explainig his position on the tier list. That said, he's playable now, you can definitely win if you want to use him.

Apr 2, 2023 · That tier list is more or less accurate, some vary depending on who you ask. If you're a normal human then Mr. Karate, Kim, Chin, Shen, Beni are more or less the best. Honorable mention to both Kyo's, Yuri, Hwa Jai, and both Iori's. If you're a Gamer and can do the EX Iori and/or Beni infinites, then they become much better.

It's important to remember that a character difficulty greatly varies depending on how optimal you want to be. Ash Crimson, for example, can be fairly easy if you play him like a Guile-style charge character.
