This works ok but you will wear out your chain slider quickly because the chain is on a goofy angle because the shock is too long. The one that DNM sells as advertised "For the KLX110L" is BS. I bought the same shock you have and returned it.

Feb 24, 2021 · the best way to make your KLX taller is to run the BBR fork dampers in the front with the BBR fork springs to support the weight, this makes it 2" taller, then in the rear you can run the DNM rear shock or on mine I did the Fast Ace rear shock (also +2") then additionally If it were my bike id run the BBR tall seat with fat pegs and tall bars ofcourse. thats all.

Nov 6, 2012 · Just so no one is missled by this post that may search the same info. The stock shock is 11 3/8 in from center of eye to eye. In mm that's around 288mm. Yes, both BBR/DNM and just DNM advertise a shock that is "For the KLX110L" that is 275mm. This is not a show stopper but be aware these shocks are around 1/2 in shorter than the stock shock.
