K2 Black Panther (Korean: K-2 흑표; Hanja: K-2 黑豹; RR: K-2 Heukpyo) is a South Korean fourth-generation main battle tank (MBT), designed by the Agency for Defense Development and manufactured by Hyundai Rotem.

Jan 21, 2014 · The MBT has an off-road speed of 50km/h and can attain a maximum speed of 70km/h on road. It can traverse a maximum range of 450km on road and ford at a depth of 4.1m in water. The vehicle is also equipped with a dynamic track tension system (DTTS) as well as roll, pitch and bounce control system.

This powerpack gave the Korean MBT a top speed of up to 70 km/h on flat, up to 52 km/h off-road and 0 to 32 km/h acceleration in 8 seconds. As shown in field tests, it was shown could climb 60° slopes, and 1.8 m vertical obstacles.
