Joppa collaborates with community partners, helps homeless people access existing resources, and mobilizes private donations from families, churches and organizations to meet unmet needs in homeless services, housing and education.

Homeless Services is the foundation of Joppa. Our trained volunteers visit about 230 families and individuals every week—52 weeks per year—regardless of weather. Our Outreach Program serves people living under bridges and in tents and vehicles.
