I’d suggest starting with JoJo’s since it’s shorter and season 5 (part 6) isn’t confirmed. After that, if you want, you can start Bleach. The last arc of Bleach is getting adapted next year so if you watch Bleach second, you’ll have less of a wait time between season 15 and season 16
