Joji is a Japanese singer and songwriter who has released four studio albums, one mixtape, two extended plays and fourteen singles, with three of those projects released under the name "Pink Guy", a comedic alter-ego created on the entertainment platform YouTube.

Smithereens (stylized in all caps) is the third studio album by Japanese-Australian singer-songwriter Joji, released on 4 November 2022, through 88rising and Warner Records. [2] It was preceded by the singles " Glimpse of Us " and " Yukon (Interlude) ".

On September 25, 2020, he released his second studio album, Nectar. The album includes previous singles such as “Sanctuary,” and “Run”, released to moderate success.

On 4 November, Joji released his album Smithereens, [63] alongside the single "Die for You". To promote the album, Joji toured North America from September 2022 to 2023. In February 2023, Joji performed his songs in Australia during the annual Laneway Festival. On 6 June 2023, Joji announced the Pandemonium tour for North America. [64]
