Aug 19, 2013 · The mural, by graffiti artists Zephyr and Dr. Revolt, went up shortly after Strummer’s death at the end of 2002 outside the Niagara bar and it has been periodically repainted and added to since then. Workers renovating the property walls destroyed it, but Niagara management says the original artists may be hired to re-create it. We’ll see.
