I tried them on my phone by pairing them by bluetooth and using the official JBL app to try some equalizers, and with the right equalizer it sounded amazing. Honestly probably one of the best sounding headphones I've ever tried.

Apr 2, 2023 · Most of JBL's Bluetooth headphones/earbuds are optimised for JBL Headphones app, which is only available on App Store (iOS, iPadOS) and Android. Another reason is that Bluetooth headphones have high latency because Windows only uses the SBC codec.

Same problem here, initially I thought it was an android 13 issue but Google fixed that and I'm able to sync my watchable to my phone but the jbl app still doesn't detect my wave 100 despite it being paired to the phone and playing music etc

Feb 8, 2023 · I didn't even realize there was a app before purchasing the jbl 710 bt headphones. and I noticed when trying to find the model of headphones to connect it it wasn't on there I wasn't sure if this was a mistake from jbl/dev team for the app or if there was a reason they wasn't on there but will the app ever be updated for the jbl 710bt tune?

Update drivers on your pc and check if it will help. If you’re using the JBL Quantum Engine app, try doung a clean uninstall. Go to your control panel and completely remove JBL Quantum Engine on your PC. Re download and re install from the JBL website Quantum support page.

Jun 19, 2023 · Hi, a couple months ago, I bought a JBL Charge 5 and I love it. But lately the JBL Portable app can't find it. I am connected, I can play music and everything but it won't get detected in the app. It started doing this last week and it worries me because I change the equaliser pretty often based on if I am using it indoors or outdoors.
