Dec 25, 2022 · From my experience being a Mechatronics student in ITE, I have to use AutoCAD (revolves around 3D drawings) and Arduino, so I would safely say that OP would need at least 16GB RAM to hold such programs. But it would be better if you could ask your head lecturer or your class advisor on such things.
