The Injinoo were an Indigenous Australian people of the Cape York Peninsula, and their name now applies to a tribal aggregation of remnants of various tribes of the Cape York Peninsula.

Injinoo was the first settlement in the Cape York Peninsula and is located at the mouth of Cowal Creek at the tip of Cape York in the north of Queensland in an area commonly referred to as the Northern Peninsula Area.
