They take the time to make sure they don't cut into the pile, which many others (such as fabric.com) tend to completely ignore.

I also use fursuit supplies when im in a pinch as they ship super fast (less than 24 hrs) and it gets delivered in about 3-4 days! Since youre in canada it may take a bit longer tho, so id say 2 weeks would be a safe estimate !

Sep 17, 2023 · They're both wonderful for fursuit making! Neither is better than the other; they're just slightly different options that you can choose from according to your personal preferences. The main difference between them is the texture. Lux shag is very soft and fine, while Howl's fox line has a more realistic texture.

Feb 7, 2024 · I did a lot of shopping around before I went with Howl. Their furs were the best quality out of what samples I collected. Big Z had a really nice swatch selection and some of their furs are of equal quality to Howl. Today I saw that Big Z also has an Amazon store so you can find some of their furs there too if you want quick Amazon shipping speeds.

May 25, 2024 · I am about to order fur to make my first ever fursuit tail and I was wondering if I should order from big z or howl fabrics. I saw that big z’s quality can vary but they have faster shipping times than howl, but howl is softer and higher quality. I’m not sure which one to pick and I don’t want to make some kind of mistake and get bad furs.

A fursuit I’m going to be starting soon has a lot of minky detailing and I’ve been able to find the right colors on howl, except for one which I found on big z. I’m curious if there’s a texture difference between the two - has anybody gotten minky from both?
