Feb 22, 2004 · What would make the engine/exhaust backfire or "pop" when you downshift coming into a turn. Is it something that can be helped by adjusting the fuel/air mixture screws? A little too rich maybe? The bikes a 94 f2 that has been jetted and has a two brothers full system. Not real happy with the exhaust. It's just too damn loud. Would a different exhaust help? :idunno:

Apr 29, 2014 · Well, the obvious is that you'll need the fairing kit, mirrors, fairing stay, gauges/trim bezels, and either the entire rear fender/taillight/signal assembly, or the taillight and a fender eliminator kit - the one on my street F2 is from Competition Werkes.

Sep 28, 2009 · A small amount of oil in the intake tract is normal. This could be in the airbox or around the throttle plate (s) (more common in cars). In most engines the crankcase breather and cylinder head cover (valve cover) breathers connect to the intake tract (somewhere between the airbox and intake manifold) -- unless you have disconnected them and directed them to a catch can or something.
