Oct 9, 2021 · Honda is honda and this is an old bike that is well known and can last a lifetime if properly cared for like anything else. The quality isn't like a German sports car but you can tell it's well built compared to a typical Tao-Tao. Panel fitment is great and how they zip-tie cables and wires is proof of how well Honda pays attention to detail.

Jun 6, 2015 · in Arizona you will need a motorcycle endorsement for your ruckus, Might as well get a faster bike :) I recommend looking at a Kymco Agility 125. Even worse Maricopa is the only county in the state that has emissions testing for motorcycles.

Jun 6, 2015 · A few things you should know about ruckus' in our area: AZ still requires a motorcycle license for scooters under 50cc. ASU has a VERY high crime rate re: stolen bikes/ scooters/ & MCs, of which ruckus' are highly sought after. Ruckus cost of ownership may be low, but so is any 50cc scooter & ruckus' usually command a higher sticker price.
