The Holly Hill Records Unit is responsible for maintaining and distributing offense reports, supplemental reports, accident reports (vehicular and marine), arrest reports, and miscellaneous incident reports in accordance with Florida State Statute (FSS) 119.

Once hired, our officers must successfully complete a full 12-month probationary period which includes a 12 week Field Training and Evaluation program designed to test the new officer’s ability to adapt to the rigors of police work.

The Holly Hill Police Department Victim Advocate Program was established in 2021 with funding from the VOCA (Victims of Crime Act) Grant. The purpose of this program is to provide advocacy and support to individuals impacted by crime, violence, and abuse.

Property items taken from crime scenes during a call for service or criminal investigation are stored in the Property & Evidence Section of the Holly Hill Police Department. One element for a successful prosecution depends on how the evidence is handled and preserved.
