Aug 3, 2016 · One shot: very weak, maybe a bit of shields left, but 1 BR burst to the head will kill. Blinking: no shields, 1 stray BR shot out of the burst will headshot and kill. Absolute: no shields, with a significant amount of health damage taken. Almost anything will kill (just barely clipping with a BR burst to the toe, or like 2 AR rounds)

Apr 11, 2020 · That's the way it is in Halo CE, the "skin" part on the neck and gut is consider a headshot. Fun fact: The sniper rifle in CE is very ineffective against flood combat because they have 95% resistant against sniper damage (dealing 5 hits points).
