Habi Footwear & Lifestyle is a brand that offers ethical and handcrafted shoes, bags, and accessories made in partnership with communities from all over the Philippines.

We preserve, promote, and enhance Philippine textiles through education, communication, and research using public and private resources. We provide physical and digital platforms for various weaving communities from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to showcase their works and enhance their skills further.

The display of traditional attire is most evident during festive occasions such as the Lamilamihan. All participants, which include government officials, teachers, students, and community members, wear the Yakan traditional clothing.

Habi was founded to sustain and promote indigenous Philippine textiles, wean the weavers from synthetic threads to cotton, and to educate the public on the country’s weaving traditions.
