HMS Juno (52) was a Type 12I or Leander-class frigate of the Royal Navy. In 1969, she had a deployment ranging from South America to Africa to the Far East. She took part in a 1970 Beira Patrol and was used in the filming of 'Warship' as HMS Hero. In 1976 she took part in the Third Cod War, being rammed by ICGV Tyr twice.
