Louis Roy Groza (January 25, 1924 – November 29, 2000), nicknamed "the Toe", was an American professional football offensive tackle and placekicker while playing his entire career for the Cleveland Browns in the All-America Football Conference (AAFC) and National Football League (NFL). Groza was professional football's career kicking and points leader when he retired after the 1967 season.

The OTs-14 “Groza” (ОЦ-14 “Гроза”= Thunder) modular assault rifle was developed in around 1994 by the design team, consisting of V. Telesh and Yu. Lebedev, who worked at the TsKIBSOO (Central Design Bureau for Sporting and Hunting Arms) in the city of Tula.
