Mar 9, 2020 · SVG file does not appear to import correctly. The file is for a solder paste stencil. The svg file displays properly in Inkscape but does not display properly in LaserGRBL. A few of the solder pads are not in the correct place and appear to be mirrored around an arbitary XY axis.

Feb 3, 2020 · However when I import an SVG from Inkscape, LaserGRBL positions it in seemingly random places. I have checked the file on Inkscape to make sure there are no 'invisible' things off the page anywhere. I'm working on a small scale and precision of the placement is crucial.

LaserGRBL can process grayscale images to produce power modulated line by line engraving. Power modulation is hardware implemented as PWM modulation on arduino PIN D11, controlled by “S command”. LaserGRBL will use S-MIN for white pixels of the image, and use S-MAX for the black pixels of the image.
