This is a retrospective analysis of a cohort of patients with stage I seminoma treated with adjuvant carboplatin AUC 7 in routine practice in two Swiss centres between 2005 and 2015.

Based on the results in this paper, we believe that use of GR met-rics in lieu of traditional IC50, Emax, or AUC values will improve our ability to identify genes and biological processes responsible for drug sensitivity and resistance.
