Godo Holo (also Godo Olo) is a group of villages in the Tapanahony resort of the Sipaliwini District of Suriname. The villages are inhabited by Maroons of the Ndyuka people.

De grote familie zit aan de Tapanahonie rivier, voornamelijk in de dorpen Mainsi en Godo-olo. Godo olo. De mensen leefden hoodzakelijk van landbouw, houtkap, jagen en visvangst. Met de komst van de moderne houtkap werkten ze voor Baldew, Alouisius, Sing, etc, die het hout via sleepboten naar hun houtzagerijen in Paramaribo brachten.

OVILAOLO De oorspronkelijke bewoners van Ovilaolo kwamen van Tapanahoni. Ze waren voornamelijk van de dorpen Godo-olo en Mainsi. Vanuit Ovilaolo heeft de familie zich verspreid naar Kraboe-olo, Akalekondre, Denwai (Ma Ajeke Kampoe) en naar haast alle andere dorpen van het Cottica gebied.
