Feb 5, 2022 · The G21 gen 3 hasn’t been produced for years. The G21SF gen 3 and the G21 gen 4 are all Glock makes. The G21 gen 4 and G21SF gen 3 have the same size grip without back straps. The texture is the difference.

Oct 5, 2021 · Are standard size G21 frames too large? Yes for some people whose hands are smaller than, let's say, a man's size 9 glove, they are! Otherwise, a great many shooters can work just fine with a standard size G21; and a G21SF frame just makes shooting a Glock pistol with a larger frame that much easier for people with smaller hands to do.

Jun 13, 2008 · The Glock G21SF pistol recently came out and requires a new magazine. The traditional (old) Glock magazines that fit the regular Glock G21 will not fit into the new Glock G21SF pistol. However, the new Glock G21SF magazine WILL fit and function in the old Glock G21 pistol. We have phased out our inventory of the old style Glock G21 magazine.

Nov 28, 2017 · I owned a G21SF (Glock rail, ambi release) for about a year in mid-2010. The ambi mag catch worked fine with an empty mag, but if the mag was half-full or more, it would NOT drop the mag without applying what I considered excessive force to the mag catch button.

Jun 15, 2013 · There have been folks whose G21SF mag release worked just fine, then broke. It is not worth taking the risk of keeping a pistol that Glock knows there's a problem with. You will NOT receive the same frame back. You will NOT get a Picatinny rail on your new G21SF. Your new G21SF will have the standard Glock rail and a regular (non-ambi) mag release.

Jun 7, 2012 · These Glock advantages are hard to ignore. I personally favor Sig Sauer over HK. I have a classic 1998 P220/45. But with my Glock I can change out internal parts myself. And personalize with a wide range of OEM and aftermarket options that don't exist, or are very expensive, with HK and Sig. Glock's are hard to beat and fun to have.

Sep 14, 2008 · The glock rail because, as mentioned, it fits my old holsters and I don't see an advantage of the larger PIC rail anyway. The non-ambi mag release because then my older 21 mags work in my new SF. If I'd have had zero older 21 mags, I'd have still gotten the non-ambi because a) I'm right handed, and b) older mags will still work in it.
