Hoyo uploads their official MMD models to a site called Aplaybox, and it is unfortunately rather difficult for non-Chinese people to make accounts for downloading. u/hydratedgodzilla was kind enough many months ago to upload the official models to Google Drive and has kept up with current patches.

Feb 22, 2023 · I found that the cutting room floor has the textures of some characters from the genshin beta version. I decided to test some of them with the official mmd released by hoyoverse and to my surprise it worked perfectly. So there you have it, the mmd model of fischl beta design.

Aug 21, 2022 · forget it, theres no point in me having the model because i wont be able to use it because everything is so hard to use T-T I Wish things could be made esier, like i had to do a way to long thing just for MMD, then spend hours trying to find a good decent sight where i could download genshin models that DON'T want my phone number and stuff. and then end up realizing it's all for nothing ...
