GBW 323 tied up for some type of problem. Due to Mississippi flooding, the Empire Builder detours on the CNW ex Omaha line. CNW Bay window waycar "Pulls Together" on an eastbound manifest bound for Adams from Altoona. GBW 308 2nd unit on Train #2, eastbounder tied up at Merrillan for beans. SOO GP in yard service.

Alco C-420 #323 lays over at Wisconsin Rapids on April 9, 1990. This 2000 HP unit was the last locomotive purchased by the Green Bay Route. A thanks goes out to Bob Schoneman for sharing this photo.

GBW #323 was the last locomotive acquired by the Green Bay Route. The Trempealeau River business car was acquired in 1982. The dome car was originally part of the Union Pacific's fleet and later was owned by Auto-Train .
