Galahad is the perfect Knight, the ultimate knight of Camelot who found the Holy Grail, arguably the most impressive knight who isn't Artoria, above even his Father in terms of a feat. Mashu is level 100 well before meeting Lancelot and before Morgan's army begins to imvade she also calls herself Galahad before actually meeting Lancelot, but the timing here is a lot closer (i.e. in the same battle) that it's feasible something could've reacted to lancelots presence.
