Aug 5, 2015 · Upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 & everything seemed to work fine. However, my desktop files, folders, and all other icons are frozen and cannot be dragged and dropped. Have contacted Microsoft Help 3 times, but no solution. Somebody, anybody can you help. Afraid to move anything onto desktop. Help.
