The FitBar Grip Wheel is a rotating pull up bar with left and right grips elements that are independent of each other. Each triangular element rotates about a common shaft, and included three foam grips which rotate about a nylon bushing.

This pull up bar bar fits in doorway openings 24” to 34” wide, up to .88” thick x 3.75” wide trim, and walls 4.5” to 6.5” – please see the pictures and diagrams to ensure the bar will fit in your intended doorway.
